Abstract: The flexible pavement can be rated on the basis of different types of parameters which can be measured and worked upon to get the desired results. This study deals with the flexible pavement condition and its impact on capacity and LOS of urban road. In this study, evaluate the flexible pavement conditions to determine and specify the types of the distress parameter in the flexible pavement for the selected roads. The distress parameter are included cracking(%), raveling(%), potholes(%), shoving(%), patching(%), settlement and depression(%) and Rut depth(%). Rating of pavement have been done on the pavement condition assessment by using MoRTH (Guidelines Maintenance Management of Primary, Secondary and Urban Roads, IRC 2004) on selected urban roads, and evaluated traffic volume in terms of PCU/hr of a urban road and according to capacity find out the Level of Service (LOS) as per Indo HCM on urban road.
