Abstract: The purpose of this text is to lay out a framework for codes of practice for ethical conduct in higher education institutions. In order to achieve the intended aims and objectives, professional ethics are thought to be of the utmost importance. Professional ethics must be taken into consideration by students as they pursue higher education. It must also include directors, heads, professors, and other staff members as well as other participants in the educational system. All members are expected to act in line with the expressed standards of conduct, integrity, and accountability set forth in the applicable institution policies and agreements, as described in detail in the Code of Conduct. Instead of offering specific guidelines, the code of ethics presents a set of broad principles. Three fundamental ethical precepts form the foundation of the Code of Ethics are diversity, respect for people and both individual and professional accountability. The primary topics that have been considered in this research work are the importance of professional ethics, their goals and sorts, and strategies for enhancing professional ethics.
