A new series of pyrrolobenzodiazepine derivatives containing 1,2,3-triazoles moiety has been designed and developed via Cu(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction, click chemistry synthetic aspect under microwave irradiation. The reaction has been curtained in diverse azide derivatives, solvent ratio, and catalyst for different time duration. The reaction has been studied with different azide substrate scope and proposed reaction mechanism has also been projected. Synthesized compounds also screening for in vitro anticancer activity and antimicrobial activityen_US
