It is hoped that supercapacitors will power devices in the future. Future hybrid electricautomobiles and other electrical infrastructure will benefit from these parts. Improvingsupercapacitors' energy and power densities is essential to tap into their potential fully.Improvements in electrode materials and fabrication methods could solve this problem. The development of better supercapacitor electrodes has necessitated the production ofseveral different materials during the past few years. It is prudent to investigate all facetsof supercapacitor units due to the rapid development of technology. This paper reviews abrief overview of the broad spectrum of current supercapacitors Modern fabricationmethods, materials for supercapacitors, and their future potential are analysed. Alsodiscussed the main technical obstacles that could hinder future growth efforts in variousindustries.en_US
