Abstract: A Company's Financial Stability Has A Big Impact On The Growth Of The Country And For The Benefits Of The Society. Financially Sound Companies Keep The Money Of The Stakeholders In Safe Position And Utilized It For The Benefit For The Society And Nation. The Objective Of This Study Is To Measure The Financial Distress Status Of The Selected Nifty 50 Companies Of Indian Stock Market. Out Of 50 Companies Of Nifty 50, Companies Belong To Other Than Finance Industry Are Selected For The Analysis. For The Purpose Of Analysis Researcher Has Used The Financial Statements Of The Companies So The Secondary Data Has Been Used By The Researcher For The Period Of 2022-23. This Research Paper Is Descriptive And Analytical In Nature. To Measure The Financial Distress Of The Company Altman Z Score Model Has Been Utilized By The Researcher And Found That Out Of 39 Selected Companies Of Nifty 50 There Are 9 Companies Which Belong To The Bankruptcy Status
