dc.description.abstractThe paper discusses about the faculty induction program conducted at Atmiya Institute and gives a basis for designing, implementing and evaluation of the same. The paper also elaborates on factors to be considered before designing the program and also a detailed description of implementing each of the factors is also available. The paper further gives a work plan for conducting the program with the case study of Atmiya and also details the content of the program.
