Abstract: The paper discusses about the faculty induction program conducted at Atmiya Institute and gives a basis for designing, implementing and evaluation of the same. The paper also elaborates on factors to be considered before designing the program and also a detailed description of implementing each of the factors is also available. The paper further gives a work plan for conducting the program with the case study of Atmiya and also details the content of the program. The paper will be useful to institutes of Professional education as it is practical in nature.
