dc.description.abstract | A convenient and promising synthesis of 4-(alkyl/aryl)- 3-(4-bromobenzyl)-5- (thiophen-2-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol was carried out by the reaction of 2-(4-bromobenzyl)-5-(thiophen-2-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole with different aliphatic/aromatic primary amine without any solvent. The newly synthesized compound were characterized by 1H NMR, IR and Mass spectroscopy and also screened for their antimicrobial activity against various strains of bacteria and fungi. | en_US |
